Type 191-1 New Bayonet
Blade Structure.
Serrated Edge: The rear of the blade features a serrated design, facilitating the cutting of obstacles such as ropes, while also enhancing thrusting and slashing effectiveness.
High-Carbon Steel Material: Utilizes special high-carbon steel, balancing durability and tactical performance.
Optimized Grip.
Flat Round Grip: Compared to the cylindrical design of the Type 95 bayonet, the improved grip offers better anti-slip properties, reducing the risk of slipping during high-intensity combat.
Multi-functionality.
In addition to bayonet fighting, it can also be used for digging, prying open cans, and assisting in climbing.
Rifle Compatibility
Stock Advantage: The retractable stock design of the Type 191 rifle enhances grip stability during stabbing, allowing for more agile and powerful thrusts.
Quick Installation: Secured via a snap-lock mechanism, offering strong compatibility and easy disassembly. Training and Combat Significance
Enhanced Training: The PLA considers bayonet training a crucial subject for forging fighting spirit and close-combat capabilities. The combination of the Type 191 bayonet and rifle improves training effectiveness.
Combat Value: Although the frequency of bayonet fighting has decreased in modern warfare, bayonets still hold tactical significance in situations where ammunition is depleted or in complex environments (such as high altitudes).
